Attitudes

The attitude I have selected as my number one priority is caring. This choice is accounted for by the fact that my profession is based on the desire to care for other people. I believe that this is an underlying principle of human relationships. The second place is occupied by cooperativeness since the voice of one man is the voice of none. Only joint efforts and collaboration can bring about long-lasting results. Finally, fairness takes the third position in the rating since it is the foundation of respect.

Intrinsic Qualities

The major intrinsic quality for me is integrity since everything in a person must be in harmony and create a holistic impression. The second important feature is wisdom. This choice is explained by the fact that wisdom unities intelligence with an inborn talent for telling the right from the wrong. Moreover, it indicates that the person has learned lessons from his/her life experience. The third place goes to reliability. This quality is comprehensive and presupposes being honest, dignified, and trustworthy.

Acquired Skills

In this category, the first place is occupied by good people skills. In the world of globalization, it is becoming increasingly important to be able to establish connections (which may be even more profitable than being professional in technological aspects) (Cenere, Gill, Lawson, & Lewis, 2015). The second is assertiveness as it is an issue of paramount importance if one wants to achieve success. The third is professionalism since I am convinced that any job must be done to perfection.

Personal

Being responsive to people is the most important personal feature for me as nursing is impossible without it. Second, I believe that one must be an effective communicator, which is beneficial for both business and private matters. Finally, a good sense of humor shows intelligence and positive outlook.
