Organizational culture has a significant influence on people and administrative processes. Culture forces people to think, act, and act as it requires. For example, if an organization focuses on the quality of products and services, much attention will be paid to the convenience of customers, meeting their requirements, and even whims. Scientists have found that in corporations whose value systems encourage the possibility of active participation of staff in the decision-making process, people work twice as efficiently as in other organizations.

Following the norms of its corporate culture, an organization can achieve significant results in improving the efficiency of its activities. High compliance of employees with organizational requirements will contribute to fulfilling obligations at the individual and production level. A competent organization leads to increased job satisfaction and reduced staff turnover. This factor will ensure the high efficiency of the company.
