There is a practical altruistic philosophy of Servant-Leadership, which supports people who choose service first and leadership later to provide more services to people and organizations. The research that I have studied is devoted to identifying the main traits and characteristics inherent in the Servant-leader. Economists and psychologists have worked to identify leadership factors in managerial positions. It is the people who occupy these positions that are the link between the creation of a new organizational environment of the organization and the personnel working in it. The purpose of the study was to identify the qualities that allow managers of servant leaders to inspire their subordinates to work hard and effectively. The study involved both employees in an official managerial position and employees in a lower place.

The specialists observed the working process and the atmosphere, the decision-making process, and the interaction with employees. First of all, they assessed what is happening in the team at the moment: what emotions and moods prevail, whether there are conflicts. They estimated whether there is an understanding of the overall goal of the company and the desire to implement it. Researchers received information in several ways: at general meetings and in the course of personal conversations with individual employees (managers). The study was also conducted using a questionnaire, where employees were anonymously asked to evaluate micromanagement, the competencies of colleagues, and the working environment. Thus, anonymous feedback and unbiased professional observation of the internal organization of the team and how individual personalities are revealed in it allowed us to obtain specific results.

The analysis of the concept of service leadership based on the study of the characteristics inherent in this type of leader showed their impact on the performance in the organization. It is based on such components as the relationship manager /employees) and the psychological climate (trust and justice). The study highlighted the essential qualities of a Servant Leader (Haq, Raja, Alam, De Clercq, & Saleem, 2021). Servant Leader listens and understands others; he pays attention to words, intonation, body language and awkward pauses. Servant Leader develops a unique insight into peoples feelings and tries to see behind them satisfied or unrealized needs. Also, such a leader can reflect on their emotions and actions, and correct their behavior. Along with empathy for colleagues, the Servant leader shows compassion for themselves and tries to build relationships based on mutual benefit.

Leadership is, first of all, a set of properties and characteristics of a managers behavior, which is regarded as a gift to exert a particular influence on the organization to achieve specific goals. At the same time, it isnt easy to study and analyze. It can be noted that the main problem in the study of leadership is the lack of prevalence of valid and objective methods aimed at identifying Servant-Leadership. When studying group leadership, the most appropriate approach is a comprehensive approach that includes survey techniques, observation, and experiments. Although the methods presented in this paper allow us to obtain relatively valid and reliable results, avoiding subjectivity in identifying and evaluating Servant-Leadership was a time-consuming process.

I will be able to use the data obtained in my final research work. The list of traits inherent in Servant-Leadership can be used to develop recommendations for forming the concept of leadership in the knowledge management model. In the future, this information can be used to combat low productivity in enterprises due to their inefficiency in the field of management. The transformation of the approach to leadership is an essential condition for changing the culture in the company, so the data obtained are of particular practical value.
