I would apply the aspect discussed in The Matheny Manifesto (2013) due to the essence of empowering individuals with an autonomous view on discovering talents and skills. A constructive team operates under the spectrum of equal contribution during the engagements. As a result, each member attains relevance and satisfaction based on the ideal objectives.
