The task is designed to build on your teaching approaches in response to peer and self-reflection.
Part 1
This first part of this task aims to develop your teaching practices through collaborative PLC analysis of a recorded teaching episode.
Note
There is no recording teaching of lesson write that the mentor refused to record the lesson and has given me a note saying this and that it will be attached in the appendix.
During this group activity, the focus is providing constructive reflections of observed teaching practices (with a focus on the teaching not the teacher).
Note
The PLC will include the mentors written feedback and 2 peer reviews feedback mention that in the report you will write.
The PLC, will provide a shared analysis and 3 different perspectives of my lesson which will help me to benefit for my teaching practice in the future.
Part 2
The second part of this assessment task includes a written reflection of the practices demonstrated in the recorded teaching episode, referencing a range of data (feedback from the PLC, feedback fro two peers and self-reflection). This report is an opportunity to identify both strengths and areas for improvement as key elements in building your teaching approaches.
