The vision statement is: to provide online shoppers the best value and a superior customer experience. We are honest, helpful, efficient, accountable and trustworthy and we are committed to profitability and service (Overstock.com, 2013).

The stakeholders of Overstock.com include the shareholder, the employees, managers and directors, and the customers (Luca, 2007). The main aim of the shareholders is to get maximum profits.
