A good manager is characterized by a continuous desire to enhance everything, from operations and routine processes to management systems. An executives proactivity for change, and the ability not to become complacent, creates a nurturing environment for continuous improvement in the company, contributing to the sustainability of the business. I agree with Edward that human conflict generates emotions and ways of thinking. A positive mindset helps to create healthy relationships with colleagues and subordinates grounded on honesty, openness, and respect for diverse opinions. Such a team becomes the permanent capital of the business, making it indestructible.

One of the most valuable skills for a manager today is effective, fair, and competent conflict management. It is impossible not to agree that the employees emotions are an integral part of their productivity. Numerous managers do not welcome the emergence of conflicts in the team, considering that they disrupt the work process and interfere with the production tasks (Cortellazzo, 2019). However, an organization will never succeed in its development if opposites do not collide, creating a dispute. The proposed conflict resolution strategy is competent because it considers the employees wishes and is a concise way to convey their thoughts to the leader.

I might add that one of the most appropriate options for resolving disputes is compromise. The parties openly express their opinions, listen to each other, and look for the most acceptable solution. This method of solving disputes in the organization is the most attractive because it preserves the equality of rights and obligations of the parties to the dispute, legalizing all claims. The ability to analyze a situation, and choose the proper strategy for getting out of it are the distinguishing features of a competent manager capable of maintaining a healthy working environment in the team (Issah, 2018). Emotional intelligence should improve the internal atmosphere in the organization. A conflict must be solved by two parties as only this approach contributes to the most favorable resolution of the issue.

I likewise agree that trust has the most significant role in building relationships within the team. Edward, in his description of the working experience, aptly noted that proper communication between employees raises motivation, and in this case, both bosses, employees, and clients win. Therefore, management must be grounded on understanding and building non-destructive relationships between each unit of the organization. This will lead to better working conditions, higher profits, and job satisfaction.
