Creativity is generally the ability to generate alternative ideas and possibilities crucial for solving problems, entertaining ourselves, and communicating with others. In architecture, creativity means putting effort into creating the physical framework that enables us to live the way we do instead of falling into the lifestyles passed through generations of cemented societal structures or physical environments (Yan, 2020). Therefore, it loops back to refocusing ones mind into being open-minded to yield the fruits of creativity. Creativity is crucial when taking a course such as architecture. Several approaches achieve maximum effect to impart good time to a student when in college. First, taking the time to reflect on what has been learned in class and ascertaining how it applies to real life will be a good starting point in this case (Yan, 2020). Analyzing a variety of alternatives, for that matter, and eventually narrowing it down to the most appropriate application that can positively impact society is the move to make.

My view of creativity will help me approach college education with anticipation of gaining more practical knowledge than theory. I will take a college education as an eye-opener that I will use to add value to architecture through individual creative contributions. Creative ideas help achieve results evaluated to gauge the inconsistencies in comparing the initial prospects to outcomes. The students should use what they learn in college education and engage their minds to develop unique architectural designs and relate them to ideas gained in class (Yan, 2020). Furthermore, architectural creativity can be expressed through observation and attaining a first-hand experience of its relevant components. I would make an effort to go to new places with unique architectural designs and gain first-hand insights into such spectacular sceneries while at the same time researching how to improve.
